Omelet Maker Omelet recipes Simple Omelet • Up to 3 large eggs • 1 ½ tablespoons milk • Freshly ground black pepper Instructions: Preheat the Omelet Maker. Combine the omelet ingredients and whisk until aerated. Open the Omelet Maker lid and lightly brush the omelet plates with cooking oil or use a non- stick cooking spray. - Page 7 Omelet Maker Egg White Omelet • 4 egg whites, lightly whisked • 1⁄2 cup of filling (optional) • Freshly ground black pepper Instructions: Preheat the Omelet Maker. Combine the omelet ingredients* and whisk until aerated. Open the Omelet Maker lid and lightly brush the omelet plates with cooking oil or use a non-stick cooking spray.
- Page 8 Omelet Maker If additional poaching cycles are needed, refill the omelet plates so that each one contains 40 mL of water for each new batch. Repeat the above steps until you have poached all of your eggs. When you are finished poaching your eggs, switch off from the power outlet and then unplug the appliance and allow the water in the plates to cool.
